1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, downloading, installing, or using the Future Focus Female mobile application (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Future Focus Female provides wellness services including:

Ayurvedic dosha assessment and personalized wellness profiles
Keto-Ayurvedic recipe recommendations
Cycle tracking and body awareness tools
Yoga, meditation, and movement guidance
Seasonal wellness protocols
Mood and energy tracking
Coaching services and digital products

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Our mobile application offers both free and premium subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan:

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable app store's refund policy (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)
For purchases made directly through our website, please contact us for refund inquiries

5. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

The services, programs, content, and protocols offered by Future Focus Female LLC are intended for
educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this website, in our mobile applications, or in
any program materials constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Kimberly Curtis and Future Focus Female LLC are not licensed medical professionals. The Focus
Female Method™M, the Reclamation Protocol, and all associated content reflect certifications in
Ayurvedic life coaching, yoga instruction, culinary nutrition, energy leadership coaching, and wellness
education.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health decisions and that participation in any
Future Focus Female program does not replace the guidance of a qualified, licensed healthcare
provider. Future Focus Female LLC expressly disclaims all liability for any health outcomes resulting
from the use of its content, programs, or services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within our Services — including but not limited to text, recipes, images, graphics, logos, wellness protocols, The Focus Female Method™, dosha quiz methodology, and software — is the property of Future Focus Female LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are authorized to view, copy, and print materials from our website for personal, non-commercial use only, provided that all copies include this copyright notice. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
Share your account credentials with others
Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the app
Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
Interfere with the Services' functionality or other users' experience
Use our content for commercial purposes without authorization

8. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, feedback, or other content through our Services, you grant Future Focus Female LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within our Services and for marketing purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Future Focus Female LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Future Focus Female LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the app's account deletion feature or by contacting us directly.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Both parties consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Texas.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of Texas. Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.

15. Notices

Notices from Future Focus Female LLC to you may be posted on our website or sent via email and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting or sending. Notices from you to Future Focus Female LLC shall be sent to the contact information below and will be deemed delivered five (5) days after the date sent.

16. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

All wellness, nutrition, movement, supplement, and lifestyle information provided through Future Focus Female LLC — including but not limited to website content, app content, coaching programs, email communications, and social media — is for educational and informational purposes only.

Future Focus Female LLC does not provide medical advice. No content or program offered by Future Focus Female LLC is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Results described or implied are not guaranteed and will vary based on individual health status, lifestyle, adherence, and other factors.

By accessing or using any Future Focus Female LLC platform, program, or service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer and agree to consult a licensed healthcare
professional before implementing any wellness protocol.

17. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Future Focus Female LLC with respect to our Services and supersede all prior communications, proposals, or agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be contrary to law, that provision shall be construed to closely reflect the original intent of the parties, with all other provisions remaining in full force and effect.

Our Services may not be available in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. Future Focus Female LLC reserves the right to limit the provision of Services to any person or geographic area at its discretion.
