Future Focus Female Wellness Retreat

Midlife is not a crisis. It’s recalibration
Can four days really change things?
YES they can!
Four days where your questions are answered and not dismissed, you rediscover your courage as you go through this exciting change in your life, and find your way back to yourself.

Why You Need This Perimenopause Retreat
Because right now you have no clear idea what is happening in your mind or your body, you feel unheard, getting no clear answers and you have been trying to figure it out by yourself.
What you want isn’t complicated. You want to be seen. Understood. Heard. You want to feel connected with other women who are living through it too and feel that kinship. You want real information from someone who observes the systems as a whole and not just individual body parts or symptoms.
You want to be supported while you navigate this chapter in your life instead of feeling you are managing it alone and hoping you’re getting it right.
That is what these four transformative days are.

Imagine
Imagine four days in a place built for exactly this — healing, grounding, connecting. Nothing asked of you but your attention. No one to take care of.
Imagine eating food chosen for where you actually are in your life — organic, prepared with attention to the small details, three finishes on one shared base so what’s on your plate matches your constitution instead of a general recommendation.
Imagine moving in a way that finally makes sense — breath, somatic awareness, yoga that meets the body you have today. Learning to hear what your body is asking for. Then understanding why it’s asking, and where that’s pointing you.
Imagine talking about perimenopause honestly — not as a fight, not as a complaint, but in a room that is compassionate and steady and unhurried. Nobody rushing you. Nobody checking the clock.
Then imagine going home. Back to your world, your work, your family — carrying tools you understand and confidence you didn’t arrive with.
That last part is the point. The four days are beautiful. What you take home is what changes things.

What these four days hold
- Day 1: ARRIVE · UNDERSTAND — Settle in, meet and greet with your host and fellow attendees, and set the tone.
- Day 2: LEARN · NORMALIZE — Hormones, sleep, food, mind-body connection, mood, sexual health. Conversations you have been waiting to have, plus morning movement and evening connections.
- Day 3: FEEL · INTEGRATE — Brain health awareness, body image in mid-life, identification with where you are currently, and groundwork on your authority using your voice.
- Day 4: APPLY · MOVE FORWARD — Interactive workshop to help create a plan of action you’ll take home with you and help keep you moving forward.
Movement built for the body you have today
Hatha yoga, breathwork, somatic awareness, and yoga nidra — every practice offered with modifications, because you are the authority on your own body and I will never pretend otherwise.
Teaching that names what’s happening
Perimenopause as physiology, not personality. What’s shifting, why, and what actually responds.
Rest that isn’t a reward you have to earn
Infrared sauna, cold plunge, heated swim spa, hot tubs, and two healing-lounge treatments — used with intention, not as amenities you feel guilty enjoying.
Sixteen women
On purpose. Small enough that nobody disappears, and small enough that by the second night you’re saying things out loud you’ve never said to anyone.

The food is the proof
I’m a culinary chef and a Certified Ayurvedic Life Coach, and those two things meet on the plate.
Nine organic meals. One beautiful shared base, finished three ways — the spices, the preparation, and the pairings adjusted for Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Same table. Different plates. On purpose.
By day two you will have felt the difference between food that’s healthy and food that’s right for you. That distinction is the whole method, and once you’ve felt it in your own body you don’t need me to explain it again.
Where you’ll be
Golden Hill sits inside the Sam Houston National Forest, north of Houston. Cell service may be thin but the quiet is in abundance.

What you leave with
After four amazing days, you’ll leave empowered, rooted, and now reborn — with tools in your toolbox.
You’ll know your constitution — the blueprint you were born with. Not a personality quiz. The actual framework that explains why the diet that worked for your friend did nothing for you.
You’ll know the difference between what you are and what’s currently out of balance. Those get confused constantly, and confusing them is why so much advice backfires. Once you can tell them apart, you can stop guessing.
You’ll be able to read your own plate. Not a meal plan to follow until you fall off it. The reasoning underneath, so you can walk into your own kitchen, or a restaurant, or your mother’s house at Thanksgiving, and know what serves you.
You’ll have practices that fit you — breath, movement, and rest chosen for your constitution and this season of your life, not a general recommendation you’ll abandon in three weeks.
You’ll have language. For your next appointment. For your husband. For the days you can’t explain what’s happening. Being able to name it is most of what stops the panic.
And you’ll have fifteen women who know exactly where you are. That doesn’t end on Thursday.
And you’ll leave able to ask better questions and unwilling to be waved off. That’s the part that outlasts the four days. Not because you’ve become someone else — because you stopped being talked out of what you already knew.
This is for you if
You are in perimenopause or past it, you are done being told this is just your age, and some part of you has been waiting for permission to take four days.
You do not need a yoga practice. You do not need a diagnosis. You do not need to know a word of Sanskrit.
All you need is your time, your curiosity, and a willingness to spend four fabulous days with women who also get it and are ready to enjoy this amazing chapter in life as well.

Perimenopause is genuinely confusing. Not because you’re not smart enough to figure it out — but because you were handed almost nothing to figure it out with, and then left to navigate a ten-year transition in the dark, in weather, alone.
I can’t calm the water. Nobody can.
What I can do is stand where you can see me, and keep the light on until you know where the shore is and trust yourself to steer.
You have been doing this alone long enough.
